   
The varied ingredients are combined imaginatively,
prepared fresh on the day and presented with care.
Plentiful use of local organic produce. We buy our bread from
an artisan baker friend (voted best bakery in England for
the 2nd year running), vegetables and other goods from local
growers or specialist suppliers. Non-organic food is limited
to local produce blue cheese, free-range chicken, chutney,
trout pate and seasonal fruit.
