Vincent was incredibly helpful and on the ball throughout the planning for our wedding. He was always quick to respond to my many calls and emails, and often checked in just to see how things were going or reminded me of important details. On the day, he and his team arrived promptly and ran the event beautifully. All the staff Vincent came with were highly professional and friendly - our guests even said how great they were - and they were a nice level of always being there when needed, but not obtrusive. And then there was the gorgeous food! The food was incredibly delicious and fresh - nearly all my guests raved about the food, even the fussy ones! The hog roast was especially popular. We had everything from mad carnivores, to those eating Halal, to strict vegans, and all were fed amply and happily. Some even said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! And we even had enough for breakfast! I can not recommend this company enough, and we will definitely be using them in the future, as will many of our guests!' Just wanted to thank you and your team once again for the wonderful food and service you provided at our party. We had many congratulations on the day and since. All agreed how good the food was. The hog and lamb were delicious, the salads, pastries etc. were all fabulous and what can I say about the cakes! The wheat free chocolate cake disappeared very quickly and your gluten free cake was a triumph, but my favourite the walnut and banana vegan. I don't know where you found the staff, but please pass on my thanks to them too. They were so helpful and courteous to all our guests it was a pleasure to have them there.

You took real care to make sure that our friend with a gluten allergy had lots she could eat, and everybody enjoyed it - especially the cheese and the quiche! It was exactly what we hoped for our wedding and we will recommend you to anybody organising a party. We both found it reassuring how you got behind the spirit of the event and made sure it was how we wanted it.

Vincent Charles' organic buffet is a delight to behold - and even more delightful to eat! The varied ingredients are combined imaginatively - far excelling the usual limp offerings received at corporate events and presented with care by Vincent himself. Vincent also stays on site - discreetly re-arranging the dishes, removing empty platters - and is happy to answer any questions about the produce. The combination of imaginative food, expertly presented, with excellent service results in excellent value for money.
