Founder
and ‘hands on’ operator Vincent Charles was born
and bred in Lyon, one of France’s food capitals.
Vincent grew up eating and appreciating the value of traditional
authentic fare.
 
Organic buffet is becoming established as a quality buffet
alternative for meetings, conferences, presentations, birthday
parties, weddings, any corporate & private events, cold
& hot food, lunch & evening events. We cater for up
to 400 people.
Our clients recognise the quality of what we do and, in turn,
their clients are impressed and happy to be offered good quality
